THIS KIT WILL GIVE YOU AN AVERAGE GAIN OF 13MPH
This kit includes the iti exhaust system, iti ecu controller and clutch kit.
Exhaust:
iTi Performance Motorsports has developed this new race bred Exhaust System for the Polaris RZR & RZR-S. This exhaust is made from Stainless Steel and utilizes a 1/4 inch thick header flange for durability. The 1 1/2 diameter OD 1 3/8 diameter ID equal length tubing is then bent to meet with an X Pipe. Exhaust travels out of the X pipe to a Y Merge Collector. This pipe dramatically increases the bottom end torque of the RZR. The X Pipe design helps equalize the exhaust pulse thus producing more bottom end power. The exhaust enters the muffler with a 1 3/4 inch diameter pipe and exits the muffler through a 2 inch diameter opening. This muffler is equipped with a approved spark arrestor.This new product from iTi Performance Motorsports is a must for your RZR or RZR-S
ECU:
iTi Performance Motorsports new ECM controller has been designed by our in-house engine department. This new controller has a new fuel curve, spark curve, 7000 RPM Rev Limiter and has removed the old speed control. This box is sold on an exchange basis. ( Note: We must receive your old box before shipping the new one to honor this price.)
If you would like to keep your stock unit as well, you can choose to pay the core charge. If you do not want to send in your stock ecu until we ship yours you can pay the core charge and we will credit you back $419 when we receive it back.
Clutch Kit:
iTi Performance Motorsports is please to announce there new Polaris RZR Clutch Kit. This exciting kit comes with our custom made weights that are machined in house in our CNC Department. The clutch spring has been developed in conjunction with Eibach Springs to give you the ultimate in clutch spring technology. Tired of that performance lag between 4200-5000 RPM? Give us a call and we can take care of that problem for you.
