RZR Front Bumper Mount Reinforcement

Alright, so you're thinking: "That's OK, Polaris built the RZR with bumper mounts right on the front of the radiator grille. I'll just buy a Polaris bumper at my local dealer, or call one of the dozen or so companies building aftermarket bumpers for the RZR. I'll bolt my shiny new bumper on in a few minutes and have the protection I need." But wait, what's behind the plastic? If you haven't looked, you'll be surprised! The bumper mounting points provided by Polaris are on the bottom of the radiator mount. Yep, that's right. The radiator you wanted to protect will get crushed if you hit anything solid with your new bumper.

Thunderhawk Performance has developed a front bumper mount reinforcement kit that bolts directly to the RZR's frame, behind the plastic bumper cover. This bumper mount reinforcement provides a solid mount directly to the frame so that any brand of front bumper can be mounted to the front of the plastic reducing the likelihood that you'll damage your radiator when you hit something. If you already have one of the popular "radiator-killer" bumpers, this Thunderhawk front bumper mount reinforcement is the solution to reduce the chance of becoming stranded with a damaged radiator after a small front-end collision while riding.
