The base model rear windshield is constructed with 1/4" Lexan polycarbonate, known for its exceptional impact strength.
The recommendation is to always choose this thickness, as 1/4" polycarbonate maintains stability at high speeds and during hauling, unlike 3/16”. Automotive trim with flexible PVC edge is installed on each side, providing a cushion between the rear windshield and roll bars. For a strong and economical mounting option, loop clamps made of zinc-plated steel with a vinyl coating are included. If loop clamps are chosen, the additional automotive trim mentioned in the base model is not necessary or included.
