AJK Offroad has created vented lower door inserts for the Polaris Xpedition, featuring a three-piece design consisting of an outer frame, hexagon mesh, and a back washer plate.
The hexagon mesh is available in multiple colors to customize the look. These inserts require cutting an opening in the factory doors and drilling a few holes for installation using the provided hardware.
Made from CNC laser-cut .0625-inch aluminum, both the main frame and mesh are powder-coated, with the mesh available in a contrasting color for a distinctive appearance.
Additionally, a removable solid back option is available to block vents, helping to retain heat or AC inside the cab.
