Description
The B&M XDR Gated Shifter for the Polaris RZRs replaces the stock shift handle for more confident and secure shifting. XDR gated shifters use a hand trigger to lock and unlock the shifter between gears, eliminating the possibility to accidentally shifting into an unwanted gear.
The shift handle itself is made from CNC billet aluminum cut to form a magnum style grip. Additionally the handle features removable and interchangeable side grips made from a textured polycarbonate.
The Polaris RZR Gated Shifter also comes with a place to mount a pad lock when the machine is parked to prevent unauthorized use. This extra layer of security is not available with any other shifter on the market.
The Hill Killer gate plate was designed to be used as a safety device when attempting steep hill climbs. This is done by eliminating the reverse lock out feature of the ratchet gate plate, ensuring quick shifts from forward to reverse gear in an attempt to save the front end from going over backwards when climbing steep hills
Warning: It is Not recommended to intentionally and/or repeatedly go from a forward gear to a reverse gear while moving for fear of personal safety, and to avoid potentially damaging drivetrain components of your vehicle.
