The DRT Motorsports UHD (AL-7075) Tie Rod Kit is designed specifically for the 2020+ Polaris PRO XP Platform (64") to enhance strength and reliability. Constructed from 7 Series (UHD – Ultra Heavy Duty) 7075 billet bar stock, these tie rods are significantly stronger than standard 6061 material while remaining lightweight. They are machined to a smaller diameter without compromising strength, ensuring clearance for all components throughout the entire steering range, even at full droop or compression.
The kit works alongside the OEM steering rack part number 1824946 and replaces the OEM Rod-Ends part numbers 7061257 and 7061258. It utilizes 3-piece PTFE lined 5/8" Chromoly rod ends and a proprietary inner ball joint, offering superior sealing of the OEM bellow and protecting the steering rack from water, dirt, and sand.
Note: Verify jam nuts are tight and installed with tread locker. The use of paint check to visually verify movement is recommended. Jam nuts should be inspected before each ride to make sure everything is tight and secure. These radius rods are Left/Right adjustable.
