EVP DISCLAIMER: The above specs are for the NON-FPCM systems (Fuel Pump Control Module). The Polaris FPCM will vary the voltage of the pump to maintain an ECU-specified fuel pressure. Due to the variable voltage, the performance of the pump is somewhat less than a direct 12VDC system. That is why the return-style fuel systems have a higher horsepower fuel flow rating. The internal pressure relief valve setting is 100PSI.

ELIMINATE FUEL STARVATION ISSUES
Fuel starvation leading to engine misfires is a common problem in Polaris RZR models due to the lack of an integrated surge tank. The rectangular fuel tank design with a single strainer-style pickup causes fuel to move away from the pickup during acceleration, deceleration, or sharp turns, especially when fuel levels drop below approximately four gallons. This means more than one-third of your fuel tank cannot be used reliably.
ADVANCED SURGE TANK DESIGN
The EVP Surge Tank Kit features an integrated E85-safe 340LPH fuel pump, delivering high-volume fuel flow suitable for both stock and high-horsepower applications. This ensures consistent fuel delivery down to the last gallon without the need for significant tuning changes. The system includes EVP-designed Venturi jets and premium hoses for optimal performance.
STAGE 2 HIGH-PRESSURE RISING RATE FUEL PUMP WITH SURGE TANK KIT
For maximum fuel flow and delivery, the Stage 2 kit is a direct replacement for the OEM fuel pump assembly (factory float module is reused). It features an integrated 4 BAR fuel regulator that increases fuel pressure on demand, providing crisp, instantaneous acceleration. The billet fuel hat connects seamlessly to the factory fuel line, making installation straightforward.
Note: Stage 2 Surge Tank Kits are compatible with all RZR Pro XP & Turbo R models, and 2019–2021 XP Turbo/S models with Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM) only. Requires EVP or aftermarket silicone charge tube to run the vacuum line for the rising-rate system.
STAGE 1 HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL PUMP WITH SURGE TANK KIT
The Stage 1 kit includes the same internals as the Stage 2 kit but without the 4 BAR regulator and billet fuel hat. It reuses the factory fuel hat and float for installation.
Note: Stage 1 Surge Tank Kits are compatible with all RZR Pro XP & Turbo R models, and 2016–2021 XP Turbo/S models with or without the Fuel Pump Control Module.
