Model Selection Option:

Customers should select "Standard" if the vehicle has a single row of seats or "MAX" if the vehicle has two rows of seats.

MaxStat - Inline Coolant Bypass Thermostat Option:

Heater performance is dependent on coolant temperature and flow through the heater core. When the engine cools, the radiator causes the engine thermostat to close, cutting off coolant flow to the heater core. The MaxStat addresses this by adding a secondary inline thermostat (180 degreeF standard) to the vehicle"s coolant system, ensuring continuous coolant flow to the heater core. This eliminates the thermal cycling that affects most heaters on the market. A 192 degreeF thermostat is also available upon request.

Ice Crusher Hose Clamp Off Pliers make heater installation faster and easier. These pliers prevent coolant from spilling during installation and reduce air entry, which simplifies the removal of air bubbles later. Suitable for all ATV and UTV applications, they fit flexible hoses up to 2" in diameter and measure 10" in overall length.
