In-Cab Heat Control Option

This essentially gives you full control over the coolant flow through the heater core. You can turn the temperature up and down or turn it completely off for the summer, without having to reach under the hood to access the shut-off valve that is normally supplied with the heater kit.

MaxStat - Inline Coolant Bypass Thermostat Option:

Most heaters in the industry depend on how hot the coolant is and how much coolant flows through the heater core. When the radiator cools the engine, the engine thermostat closes, cutting off coolant flow to the heater core. The MaxStat adds a secondary inline thermostat (180F Standard) to the vehicle"s coolant system, diverting coolant to the heater core when the engine thermostat would typically close. This feature effectively eliminates the thermal cycling that affects almost all heaters in the market. An optional 192F thermostat is available upon request before shipping.

Speed up and simplify the installation process with Ice Crusher Hose Clamp Off Pliers. These pliers prevent coolant from pouring out during connection to the coolant system and reduce air entry, minimizing the effort needed to remove air bubbles later. Suitable for all ATV and UTV applications, these pliers are also ideal for use on radiator hoses. Kits are sold in pairs.
