Super ATV’s upgraded geared-reverse transmission for the Polaris RZR 900 is a direct drop-in replacement that eliminates the stock transmission’s biggest weaknesses. It replaces the fragile reverse chain with a reverse gear that’s three times stronger, and it includes 2.5x stronger pinion and snorkel gears with a 300M output shaft for added durability. A 6 mm-thick pinion bearing retainer and reinforced case with added material, fins, and gussets further boost strength and reliability. This transmission also deletes turf mode, eliminating a major point of failure, and offers optional gear reductions (12.5%, 25%, or 37.5%) to improve torque - ideal for running big tires, portals, and lifts.
