Traditional Lexan windshields have a nasty habit of getting scratched, with glass you wont have to worry about that. You can take this windshield through the dunes or mud and not have to worry about those dirt particles scratching this. You can wash this windshield with soap, water and shockingly enough even a rag, which is unheard of with a Lexan windshield.
