SuperATV offers heavy-duty dual PTFE bushings with their patented X24 Tech for enhanced performance and durability. These bushings are designed to prevent wear, reduce slop, and improve overall durability in various applications.
In addition, SuperATV utilizes swaged tube tie rods with 14 mm outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends. The inner tie rod ends feature 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. These tie rods boast a 65% larger housing compared to stock options and demonstrate over 50% less wear than OEM parts after 15,000 cycles. Moreover, they include a grease fitting for easy maintenance of the rack gears.By incorporating heavy-duty bushings and swaged tube tie rods, it ensures superior performance, increased longevity, and improved functionality for your vehicle.
