The UPI Honda Pioneer UHMW Skid Plate uses the benefits of UHMW to form a layer of security between the trail and the frame of your Honda Pioneer 1000. With UHMW 3/8" is all the material necessary to protect the underbelly of the Pioneer. UHMW is so strong that it will hold up to abuse that would dent or puncture Aluminum. Additionally UHMW is lighter than Carbon steel and features a glide like surface, so you will slide off obstacles rather than stick to them.
