Upgraded Maverick X3 Shocks from Walker Evans make a big difference for the life and ride of the X3 suspension. One of the selling points of the Maverick X3 is the suspension it comes with standard from the factory, and it is an impressive factory set up. However like most things, there is always room for improvement, the Walker Evans Velocity Shocks are the improvement.
The Velocity Series shocks are not just your typical coil-over piggyback, they provide a more mitigated resistance than a standard shock. This means you have less extremes in movement and have more resistance to bottoming out, while providing a smoother ride in the midsize bump range. Additionally, the X3 velocity shocks have an upgraded version of Walker Evan's needle valve technology, which uses multiple stages of internal bypass, which in turn gives you better rebound control along with better compression.
Front shocks have high-low compression adjustment, piggyback reservoir, stepped needle 2.5" Front, with dual rate springs.
Rear shocks have high-low compression adjustment, piggyback reservoir, stepped needle 2.5" Rear, with dual rate springs.
