Crafted from 1.125" Diameter DOM steel tube, this kit is engineered to withstand the toughest conditions. All joints are precision Tig welded at every connection and crossbar point, ensuring both strength and exceptional quality. The pivot points come with pre-installed Brass Bushings and grease zerks, prolonging the lifespan of the components despite the abuse of off-road driving.

One of the standout features of the ZBroz Racing A-Arm Kit is its Maximum Ground Clearance design. This innovation allows you to confidently drive over a-arm snagging obstacles while also protecting the ZBroz front axles. ZBroz Racing has been the original pioneers of the Maximum Ground Clearance A-Arm design since 2002 for ATVs and Snowmobile A-Arms. In 2008, they introduced this proven MGC design to the aftermarket UTV A-Arm industry with the ZBroz RZR 800 LT kit, setting the standard for other competitors to follow.

The +2" Forward Design of this A-Arm Kit allows you to accommodate larger tires without the need for modifications or fender trimming. By extending the wheelbase forward by 2 inches, you can easily fit 30" to 33" tall tires, perfect for conquering the demands of mountain trails, rock crawling, and high-speed desert or dune racing. It is important to note that this forward extension does not alter the steering geometry and remains within all OEM steering component specifications.

Another notable feature of this A-Arm Kit is its Camber Adjustable ball joint housing. This allows you to fine-tune the camber settings on your RZR by adding or removing the included camber shims. Each shim adjusts camber by 1 degree, and all Camber Adjustable A-Arm Kits are shipped with a negative 1 degree camber, ideal for serious off-road riding. The Camber Adjustable feature ensures total adjustment control, enabling you to fine-tune camber on each side. This is particularly helpful when dealing with brand new RZRs that may have slight variations in frame or frame a-arm mounting points.

The ZBroz ball joint housing specifications are compatible with OEM and most aftermarket ball joints. For added convenience and durability, you can choose to have pre-installed ZBroz signature Titan Series Heavy Duty Ball Joints for the Lower A-Arms and Titan Series Reverse Load Heavy Duty Upper Ball Joints for the Upper A-Arms. When installing the kit, you will reuse the OEM Upper Pivot Caps/and Pivot Shaft, as well as the OEM Lower Pivot Caps and OEM Lower Pivot Shafts.

Installation of the ZBroz Racing RZR XP A-Arm Kit is made easy with basic tools and can be done in your driveway or garage with the help of a jack or lift.

The kit includes Upper A-Arms with pre-installed Brass Bushings and Pivot Grease Zerks, Lower A-Arms with pre-installed Brass Bushings and Pivot Grease Zerks, and (8) Camber Shims for adjusting camber settings.
