The windshield is made from heavy-duty, CNC precision-cut materials and is proudly made in America.
The 2-piece design features a scratch-resistant MR10 Lexan upper section and a 1/4" general-purpose polycarbonate lower section. The windshield allows for seasonal flexibility, providing full protection in colder months and the option to remove the lower section in warmer weather for better airflow, with the top acting as a bug shield. The sections mount securely using vibration-damping loop clamps made from zinc-plated steel with a vinyl coating.
Additionally, the lower windshield features an automotive PVC trim to seal gaps between the windshield and hood, with bends for added strength and design.
Options:
Loop Clamps: Strong, economical mounting option made from vibration-damping, zinc-plated steel with a vinyl coating for cushioning.
Quick Install Straps: Tool-free installation using military-grade hook and loop material; simply thread, mount, and attach.
