The back panel is made of 1/4" Lexan polycarbonate, known for its excellent impact strength.
This thickness ensures it won't bow at high speeds or when hauling, unlike thinner materials like 3/16" or 1/8". The back panel mounts using the existing bolts from your mesh screen, and new hardware is provided for installation after removing the mesh screen.
Add a vent to the top center of the back panel for adjustable airflow. The vent can be opened and closed by simply sliding the cover side-to-side.
