2010-2015 Arctic Cat Prowler 700
The windshield is constructed with 1/4" Lexan polycarbonate, known for its exceptional impact strength.
The 1/4" thickness is recommended to prevent bowing at high speeds or when hauling, distinguishing it from 3/16” alternatives. The windshield features a 2-piece design, allowing independent mounting of the upper and lower sections. This provides flexibility for riders to choose between a fully enclosed cab or enjoying more air by using only the top or bottom section. The bottom of the lower section is equipped with a flexible PVC edge trim, including a bubble for improved sealing between the windshield and hood line. Automotive trim along the hood line is standard in all models. Additionally, the windshield incorporates bends for both design aesthetics and added strength.
The Customization Options for the Windshield Include:
Quick Install Straps and Trim:
- Features military-grade hook and loop straps for tool-free, quick, and easy installation.
- Simply thread the straps through the windshield slots, mount, and attach.
- Additional automotive trim is attached along the sides of the windshield.
Quick Connect Clamps:
- Utilizes top-of-the-line, powder-coated 2-piece steel clamps.
- Allows easy removal or re-installation of windshield sections by removing the knob bolt.
- Additional automotive trim is attached along the sides of the windshield.
Vents:
- Offers the option to add vents for adjustable airflow.
- A set of vents is installed in front of the driver and passenger.
- Vents open and close by simply sliding the cover side-to-side.
Scratch-Resistant Coating:
- Provides a scratch-resistant hard-coated windshield option.
- Made of scratch-resistant MR10 (Mar-Resistant) Lexan.
