Our rear windshield serves a dual purpose, Protecting the cab from blowback while ensuring maximum rear visibility. This extension is designed to minimize airflow between the windshield and hard top for an improved driving experience.
The base model rear windshield is constructed with 1/4" Lexan polycarbonate, known for its outstanding impact strength. It is recommended to choose this thickness for stability at high speeds and during hauling, in contrast to 3/16. The windshield securely mounts into the inset roll bars using steel "C" clamps, ensuring a secure fit with included hardware. For complete airflow blockage from the rear, a soft lower panel is included with the rear windshield.
