The Polaris Xpedition Exhaust Cover enhances the rear appearance of your Xpedition.
Crafted from 16-gauge steel, it is CNC laser cut, bent, and finished with a black powder coat. The cover features hexagon vents, available in factory Polaris colors or raw steel for custom painting. It replaces the stock plastic cover using the factory mounting holes, so no drilling is needed. Installation is easy with the included hardware and aluminum body washers for a polished finish.
Note: If you have the factory Polaris Tube Bumper, shimming the bumper is required for proper fit.
