Aesthetics finally meets utility and performance. Take any Performance Series exhaust and blackout the head pipe, inlet and end cap with a high temperature ceramic coating that increases impact strength while increasing resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and chemicals.

Turn up the heat

Capable of withstanding up to 1200F, this ceramic based finish is formulated to withstand the extreme temperatures from an exhaust system. As a result, your exhaust should have less intense exposure to the elements, protecting you for any application or use.

The Polaris RZR XP 1000 HMF Dual Full System is available in the Performance Series. The Dual Full System picks up 4HP at high RPM and 2lb TQ at the wheels. The exhaust also picked up more power when we installed the HMF Quiet Cores. Additionally, the aluminum shells and stainless head pipe weigh substantially less than the stock exhaust.

The HMF Optimizer is a Fuel-Injection Controller that has been pre-programmed with the proper tuning specifications for your HMF exhaust. You must retune your machine when you're adding an exhaust system, so not tuning your machine will void the warranty of your exhaust.

The Gen 4 Optimizer is the AFR+ Fuel Controller that combines an EFI controller with a wideband O2 sensor and AFR gauge to provide a user instant fuel trimming ability and feedback about their vehicle's state of tune. The AFR gauge allows you to know exactly how well your tune-up is performing at all times.
