EBC Brake Pads for the Can-Am Maverick X3 are a direct replacement when needing to upgrade or replace worn out oem brake pads. There are two options available for the Maverick X3 the X Series - Carbon Graphite Pads and the R Series - Sintered Pads. EBC designed both these pads to provide maximum stopping power for the powerful Maverick X3.
X Series - Carbon Graphite
The X series is made in Britain with Dupont Kevlar and carbon graphite particles to form a compound that is designed for moderate lifespan, but with an increased brake effect and increased heat resistance. X series is good choice for a variety of riding styles from utility work to trails the X series is a good all around brake pad.
R Series - Sintered
The R series are great pad for higher intensity sport and utility use. They have all the life and braking strength of the X series but they have the additional mechanical strength of a sintered pad compound. The sintered pad is beneficial for use in less optimal conditions, they are engineered for sandy, muddy and wet conditions, conditions Maverick X3 owners find themselves in.
