Make your Polaris RZR 800 even better with Super ATV’s 5” Long Travel Kit.
This kit widens your suspension by 10” (total width 60”) and gives better clearance with high-clearance A-arms, providing a smooth and stable ride.
The kit includes everything for a quick installation except ball joints and A-arm bushings. It has A-arms, tie rods, axles, swaybar links, and a sway bar, all better than the stock parts.
Rhino Brand Axles:
Made from durable 4340 chromoly steel, Rhino Axles are strong and don’t need a break-in period.
They handle mud, dunes, and ditches well.
Upgrade to Rhino 2.0 Axles:
For even more strength, upgrade to Rhino 2.0 Axles. These have stronger parts, bigger CVs with 40°+ articulation angles, and a beefier shaft.
They are nearly twice as strong as the stock axles and come with an 18-month warranty.
If you are running stock shocks and looney tunes dual exhaust, you will have to modify the rear bracket to make it work. All other dual exhaust systems will need to be verified for fitment.
