This kit is designed to fit snugly under the hood area and features six vents for optimal heat distribution. The compact heater with a three-speed fan delivers heat from the 14,600 BTU Compact Heater Unit, ensuring a powerful and efficient heating performance.
PLEASE NOTE: The BTU output of the heater is theoretical and may vary depending on factors such as the coolant temperature of your UTV, the flow rate of the coolant, and the outside (ambient) temperature in which the UTV is being operated. These 14,600 BTU Heater Units are designed to efficiently heat the vast majority of UTVs available on the market.
For reference, a British Thermal Unit (BTU or Btu) is a traditional unit of work required to raise the temperature of one pound of water by one degree Fahrenheit. To provide a comparison, burning a four-inch wooden kitchen match completely generates approximately 1 BTU of heat.
