Description
Ball joints naturally wear out over time due to the constant friction, stress, and movement they endure.
At High Lifter, we set out to create a longer-lasting option—and that’s exactly what we’ve done with the APEXX Performance Ball Joint. Here’s what makes it stand out:
Strength
Most OEM and budget aftermarket ball joints just aren't built for serious riding. They're made with small shafts and softer metals to save money, which means they often fail under pressure - especially if you're running larger tires or performance upgrades.
The APEXX ball joint is different. It’s built with 4340 chromoly steel for both the housing and stud. The stud—the part that takes the most force - is extra thick and specially shaped to handle heavy loads. A black zinc coating helps prevent corrosion. The result? Twice the strength of OEM ball joints.
Durability
Most ball joints are “sealed for life,” meaning they can’t be greased or rebuilt. Once they wear out, they’re done. Even worse, they often use plastic or synthetic seals that wear out faster than steel.
The APEXX ball joint avoids those problems. It uses all steel-on-steel construction - no plastic parts - and features a needle zerk fitting, so you can grease it anytime. It’s also fully rebuildable, giving it a much longer service life. Whether you’re riding dunes, trails, or mountains, you’ll have confidence it’s ready for the challenge.
Adjustability
All moving parts wear over time, no matter how well-made. That’s why we built in an adjustment screw. If your ball joint gets a little loose from wear, just turn the screw to tighten it back up. And when it’s finally too worn to adjust, you can rebuild it like new with our rebuild kit.
Warranty
We back the APEXX Performance Ball Joint with a 1-Year Limited Warranty. If it’s used according to our installation and use guidelines, we guarantee it’s free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Built strong, made to last, and designed to be maintained - not replaced. The APEXX ball joint is built for riders who demand more.
