High Lifter 6" Portal Gear Lift with 45% Dual Idler Reduction

What does the 45% Dual Idler Gear Lift do?
  • High Lifter upgraded the gearbox with dual idler gears, spreading the load across more teeth. This reduces stress by half and increases durability.
  • Delivers more reliable torque transfer, especially important when running 40”+ tires.
  • Stops excessive wear on belts, axles, differentials, driveshafts, and snorkel gears.
  • Improves engine braking, which helps extend brake life by reducing how often you use them.
  • A lower gear ratio provides better power for large tires—even if it doesn’t perfectly match your speedometer reading. If speed isn’t your priority, this setup gives you the power where you need it most.
