To create your ideal windshield, we begin with durable materials cut with precision using CNC technology, all proudly made in America. The foundation is a one-piece Lexan windshield secured by efficient loop clamps. These clamps, crafted from zinc-plated steel and coated with vinyl for added cushioning, dampen vibrations and ensure secure mounting. We include all the necessary hardware for easy installation of the loop clamps.

Features:

• ¼” POLYCARBONATE: The windshield is made of ¼” Lexan polycarbonate. Lexan is the original brand of polycarbonate and offers incredible impact strength. When choosing a windshield always select 1/4″ thickness. ¼” polycarbonate will not bow at high speeds or when hauling as compared to 3/16”.
• AUTOMOTIVE TRIM: The bottom of the windshield has a flexible PVC edge trim installed. The trim on the bottom includes a flexible bubble to better seal any gaps between the windshield and hood line. The trim along the hood line is standard in all windshield models.
• BENDS: All of our windshields have bends for design purposes or to add strength to the windshield.
