MaxStat - Inline Coolant Bypass Thermostat Option:

Heater performance is closely tied to coolant temperature and flow. When the engine cools, the main thermostat closes, stopping coolant flow to the heater core. The MaxStat solves this issue by adding a secondary inline thermostat (180 degreeF standard) to the vehicle"s coolant system, keeping coolant flowing to the heater core even when the engine thermostat is closed. This eliminates the thermal cycling that impacts most heaters on the market. A 192 degreeF thermostat is also available upon request.

Hose Clamp Off Pliers Option:

For a faster, easier installation, Ice Crusher Hose Clamp Off Pliers are available. These pliers prevent coolant from spilling during installation and reduce air entry, making it easier to remove air bubbles later. Suitable for all ATV and UTV applications, they fit flexible hoses up to 2" in diameter and measure 10" in overall length.
