Wheel Requirements:
22" or larger wheel required
Wheels CANNOT exceed 5" backspacing
Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) OR require a 1” wheel spacer
The Super ATV 8" GDP Portal Gear Lift for the Honda Pioneer enhances performance by providing a big lift and a 45% or 60% gear reduction.
Available in cast or billet aluminum housings, GDP portals are renowned for their durability and are perfect for tackling tough terrain, especially mud. By placing the lift in the hub, the gear reduction reduces stress on critical drivetrain components, allowing for harder riding without damaging the axles or differential.
Made from 9310 alloy steel, the gears ensure smooth operation, while the strong housing design - reinforced for better oil flow and durability - prevents leaks with advanced gaskets and seals.
The portal’s bearings can withstand rough conditions, and the stainless steel slotted rotors with universal hubs provide reliable braking and wheel compatibility.
A frame stiffener is recommended for extra support with the lift.
