The Honda Pioneer 1000 GDP Portal Gear Lift Recessed Nut Kit is necessary only if you're using Turner axles with a Super ATV portal gear lift.
It replaces the standard recessed nuts included in the GDP kit. Rhino Brand and OEM axles do not require this kit.
For a compatible alternative, Super ATV recommends their high-quality Rhino Brand Axles.
