This new drop-in Turbo-style transmission for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 addresses several weak points in the stock version.
It replaces the reverse chain with a geared reverse that’s 3x stronger, preventing common reverse chain failures. The pinion and snorkel gears are upgraded, making them 2.5x stronger, and they’re paired with a thicker, 6 mm bearing retainer to ensure durability.
The cast aluminum case has also been reinforced with cooling ribs and support gussets, focusing on previously weak areas like the snorkel tube and output.
Additionally, the transmission offers gear reduction options, allowing users to increase torque and optimize performance for heavy loads, larger tires, and tough terrain.
