Super ATV’s Kawasaki Teryx RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion offers enhanced control for rough terrain, designed with durability in mind.

It features an X24 Tech dual-bushing design with heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends, reducing wear by over 50% and minimizing internal movement for smoother performance on harsh trails.

The system also includes a built-in grease fitting for easy maintenance.

Additionally, the RackBoss 2.0 features swaged tube tie rods with 7/8” diameter tubing for lightweight strength and upgraded solid steel bar tie rods with 1" diameter steel bars and rebuildable ends, designed to handle heavy impacts and tough riding conditions.
