Trinity Racing's new slip-on exhaust for the RZR Pro R is designed for superior performance, appearance, and sound.
The exhaust features robust stainless steel muffler bodies, replacing the standard aluminum for added durability. These mufflers are crafted in-house, starting as laser-cut flat sheets of stainless steel, which are then formed and welded together using advanced laser welding technology.
The interior includes a 2.5-inch stainless steel perforated baffle wrapped in high-temperature fiberglass, providing a deep rumble. Finished with a billet aluminum exhaust tip and a Trinity badge, this system is entirely made in Huntington Beach, CA.
The new slip-on exhaust system delivers a 10-horsepower increase, with up to 15 horsepower gained when paired with an ECU tune.
