The starting point for this project is heavy-duty materials cut with CNC precision, all made in America. This project utilizes a 2-piece Lexan windshield with loop clamps, providing versatility for all seasons. In colder months, the full windshield offers front wind protection, while in warmer months, the 2-piece design allows the lower section to be removed for increased airflow, with the top section acting as a bug shield. The windshield is securely mounted with vibration-damping loop clamps made of zinc-plated steel, featuring a vinyl coating for cushioning, and all the necessary hardware for the loop clamps is included.
Some Options for Customization are:
Loop Clamps: These clamps are a cost-effective and sturdy mounting option made from zinc-plated steel with a vinyl coating for vibration damping.
Quick Install Straps and Trim: Quick Install Straps made of military-grade hook and loop provide a tool-free, quick, and easy installation process. Additional automotive trim is added along the sides of the windshield.
Quick Connect Clamps: The top-of-the-line clamps are powder-coated 2-piece steel clamps, allowing for easy removal and re-installation of windshield sections by simply removing the knob bolt. Automotive trim is also included along the sides.
Vents: This product allows for the addition of vents in front of the driver and passenger, providing adjustable airflow by sliding the vent covers.
Pattern for Side View Mirrors: If you have CFMoto side-view mirrors, the upper windshield pattern is modified to accommodate them, with a small notch cut out to ensure a flush fit to the roll bars.
