We begin with high-quality, precision-cut materials made in the USA. This project features a 2-piece Lexan windshield with loop clamps, designed to provide year-round functionality. In colder months, the full windshield offers front wind protection, while in warmer months, the lower section can be removed for increased airflow, with the top section acting as a bug shield. The windshield is securely mounted using vibration-damping loop clamps made of zinc-plated steel with a vinyl coating, and all necessary hardware is included.
Various options are available for customization:
Loop Clamps: These economical clamps are made of zinc-plated steel with a vinyl coating for vibration damping and strong mounting.
Quick Install Straps and Trim: These military-grade hook and loop straps offer the quickest, tool-free installation of a windshield. Additional automotive trim is added to the sides.
Quick Connect Clamps: These top-of-the-line powder-coated 2-piece steel clamps allow for easy removal and re-installation of windshield sections by removing the knob bolt. Additional automotive trim is included along the sides.
Vents: You can add vents to your windshield for adjustable airflow. These vents are positioned in front of the driver and passenger and open and close by sliding the cover side-to-side.
Pattern for Side View Mirrors: If you have CFMoto side-view mirrors, the upper windshield pattern is modified to accommodate them, ensuring a flush fit to the roll bars with a small notch cut out.
