The DRT Motorsports HD Tie Rod Kit for the Polaris XP Platform (72") 2018+ RZR XP TURBO S/4S (M16 Steering Rack) is a high-quality upgrade that enhances the strength and reliability of this powerful vehicle. Constructed from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet bar stock, the DRT tie rod kit offers superior strength compared to the OEM parts while remaining lightweight. It ensures clearance for all components throughout the entire range of motion, providing riders with confidence during extreme maneuvers. Designed to work with the OEM M16 steering rack, the DRT Tie Rod Kit replaces the OEM Rod Ends with 3-piece PTFE lined 5/8" Chromoly rod ends and a proprietary inner ball joint. This design seals the OEM bellow and protects the steering rack from water, dirt, and sand intrusion. The kit includes DRT spec stainless steel misalignment spacers and class 10.9 hardware, ensuring the required clamping force to keep the vehicle trail-ready.
The DRT Tie Rods are finished with Military Grade anodized black coating and bear the DRT Motorsports mark, proudly indicating their origin in the USA. Overall, this kit offers increased strength and reliability for the Polaris XP Platform (72") 2018+ RZR XP TURBO S/4S with the M16 Steering Rack.
Note: Verify jam nuts are tight and installed with tread locker. The use of paint check to visually verify movement is recommended. Jam nuts should be inspected before each ride to make sure everything is tight and secure. These radius rods are Left/Right adjustable.
