The DRT Motorsports HD Tie Rod Kit for the Polaris XP Platform (64") 2019+ XP1000/4, '17+ XP Turbo/4 (M16 Steering Rack) is a robust and reliable upgrade designed to enhance the performance of this powerful vehicle. Constructed from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet bar stock, this DRT tie rod kit offers significantly greater strength than the OEM parts while remaining lightweight. It ensures clearance for all components throughout the entire range of motion, including full droop or compression, providing riders with confidence during their rides.
Compatible with the OEM M16 steering rack, the DRT Tie Rod Kit replaces the OEM Rod Ends with 3-piece PTFE lined 5/8" Chromoly rod ends and a proprietary inner ball joint. This design ensures sealing of the OEM bellow and protects the steering rack from water, dirt, and sand intrusion. The kit includes DRT spec stainless steel misalignment spacers and class 10.9 hardware, providing the necessary clamping force to keep the vehicle trail-ready. The DRT Tie Rods are finished with Military Grade anodized black coating and bear the DRT Motorsports mark, proudly indicating their origin in the USA. Note: Verify jam nuts are tight and installed with tread locker. The use of paint check to visually verify movement is recommended. Jam nuts should be inspected before each ride to make sure everything is tight and secure. These radius rods are Left/Right adjustable.
