The DRT Motorsports Polaris 2024+ XPEDITION Exhaust Cover offers enhanced styling and improved cooling for the stock exhaust on the Polaris XPEDITION platform.
It complements the vehicle’s body lines while increasing airflow over high-heat areas. Constructed from laser-cut aerospace-grade aluminum, the cover is formed, welded, and finished with a durable black powder coat.
It features a laser-cut aluminum mesh panel with a mil-spec clear anodized finish and an aluminum contrast plate highlighting the DRT logo.
The cover installs easily with no cutting or drilling and directly replaces OEM Polaris P/N 5268439-458.
