Honda Pioneer 500 : 2015+
Wheel Requirements:
-18” or larger wheel required. Therefore, it is NOT compatible with stock suspension and REQUIRES aftermarket suspension
-Wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2” backspacing
-Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55 mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer

This kit provides both a lift and a gear reduction, available in billet or cast aluminum housing, with options for a 30% or 45% gear reduction. It maintains OEM suspension angles but requires aftermarket suspension to clear 18” wheels and matching tires. The gear reduction is in the hub, reducing wear on the drivetrain components such as axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission.
The portals are built with advanced steel alloy backing plates and reinforced aluminum housings, ensuring durability. They feature advanced gaskets, O-rings, double-lipped output seals, and double-angular contact output bearings to prevent oil leaks and wear.
The product comes with support from a dedicated portal team to help with any queries.

-Steering stop kit
